Pramod Saxenais the Founder & Managing Director of Oxigen Services (India) Pvt. Ltd.
Oxigen, a company that has fast grown into one-stop online payment solution for various services, using an IT enabled platform that connects over 75,000 customer touch points. These customer touch points are growing fast and will reach 2, 50,000 over the next two years.
Oxigen has a number of innovative products like Oxicash, which is an innovative payment mechanism and has evolved into an E Wallet accessible from PCs and Handheld devices with GPRS connectivity and over simple SMS as well.

A Chemical Engineer from IIT Roorkee,,in a career spanning 30 years, Pramod has worked in various capacities and was largely associated with Essar Group, DCM Group and Motorola. His rich and varied experience spans Telecom, Steel, Petro Chemicals & & the Fertilizer industries where he has held responsibilities for acquisitions and mergers, setting up green field projects, joint ventures and managing business operations.
He has been associated with the Essar Group in various capacities as a part of their Senior Management team, overseeing some of its strategic business initiatives in the areas of Telecom and BPO including the largest of it’s time in India, USD 1.1 Bn acquisition of BPL Mobile's operations across multiple circles.

Pramod was the CEO of Essar Group's Telecom Business (1994-98)) and was responsible for many business expansions of the Group. Under his stewardship, he led Essar's foray into Telecom including a joint venture with Swisscom and Hutchison. He was responsible for Essar acquiring and building the mobile networks for Delhi, UP, Rajasthan, Haryana and Punjab as also a fixed lines’ license for Punjab.
He was President for Motorola Inc. (1998 – 2004 for Continental India).As the General Manager & Executive Director, Asia Pacific Global Telecom Solutions Sector, Motorola India, he shepherded Motorola into becoming the leading cellular (GSM & CDMA) infrastructure provider.
He is on the Advisory Board of Lemko Corp.,a Chicago based Telecom Technology Company engaged in development of ‘next generation’ technology for low cost mobile networks targeted at rural and low density areas.
Having been involved with the Telecom industry for over 15 years, he brings a strong understanding of the industry, Indian players and the operators as well as technology and equipment supplier. His other major accomplishments for Essar group include setting up of a 4 million ton integrated Iron-ore pellet complex, Essar’s acquisition of 30% equity stake in ILVA (Italian Steel Co - third largest in Europe) through a USD 1.0 Bn LBO deal, and 100% equity acquisition & financing of a textile mill in Mauritius and the turnaround of a large BPO business operation in the USA, among others.

Sanjiv Lamba

Sanjiv Lambais the Director of Oxigen Services (India) Private Limited. He has been associated with the Continental Group since 1980. His vision and mission has given structured to the modern Indian Furniture industry. Under the new economy, he has spread the Continental Group’s operations across the country in creating infrastructure for the Telecom industry.

He added new dimensions to the Continental Group, by exporting to various countries worldwide and implemented projects in the erstwhile Soviet Union. On the national front, he took the company expertise to specialized areas like switching centers for Telecom, installed an in-house research and development cell and has commissioned Shreshid Interiors Pvt. Ltd. exclusively to showcase Line A - Interior Solution Providers.

Sanjiv Lamba, born on 18th January 1961 has been involved with the Continental Group for more than two decades now. He holds a first class degree in B. Com Honours from Sri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), Delhi University in 1982. He has completed his schooling from Modern School, Delhi in the year 1979 and was always a topped in his class.

 
 
Latif Nathani
Latif Nathani

Latif Nathaniis the General Manager, Unlimited Potential Group, for Microsoft India, where he is focused on developmental issues. Latif, in his current role with Microsoft since January 2007, is responsible for driving regional product and solution incubations. He has worked with Microsoft Corporation, Redmond, for nearly 12 years in various roles involving building and leading high-performance engineering and marketing teams

Among his other assignments, Nathani has worked as Sr. Director, Global Consumer Product Marketing for Symantec Corp., USA; and as CEO at Preferred Voice Inc. based in Dallas, USA, He also successfully founded eMemories.com.

Latif Nathani graduated from the City University, USA, with a Masters in Business Administration. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from University of Arizona.

 
 
Peter Mansour
Peter Mansour

Peter began his career at Microsoft in 1995 as a Business and Strategy Analyst for MSN.  During this period, he helped transition MSN from an Internet access business to an Internet portal business. He provided analytical and strategic support for several large acquisitions, including Hotmail and WebTV.  In 1998, Peter joined the fledgling Windows CE team, where he served as the GPM for Pocket Outlook for the HandheldPC and PocketPC, which would eventually become Windows Mobile.

In 2000, Peter left Microsoft to start Sproqit Technologies, where he served as President and CEO for six years.  Sproqit’s patented thin-client architecture increased performance and simplified development for mobile applications. 

Peter returned to Microsoft in 2006, where, as GM of Strategy and Business Development for the Unlimited Potential Group, he created Microsoft’s emerging markets mobile payment strategy and lead equity investments in Blue Label Telecoms in South Africa and Oxigen in India. Peter currently runs mobile engineering for Microsoft’s emerging market division. Peter was born in 1970

 
 
Mark Levy

Mark Levywas educated in Johannesburg, and matriculated from Northview High School in 1989. He then graduated from Unisa in 1993, with a B.Compt degree. Mark accepted a position as a commodity trader, and excelled in his chosen field. In 2001 Mark founded Integr8 IT, a company specializing in network integration and information technology.

Mark along with his brother Brett, founded Blue Label Investments in 2001. Mark has spearheaded the group’s growth and international expansion, yet remains true to the “spirit” on which Blue Label Investments was founded.

Brett Levy

Brett Levy is a Promoter Director of Oxigen Services (India) Private Limited and is also the major shareholder in Blue Label Telcom, Johannesburg, South Africa.

Brett has been responsible for building the entire organization and present reputation of The Prepaid Company, South Africa. The company now controls over 75% of the South African market and has revenues of USD 1.0 Bn, on an annualized basis.

Brett has been one of the strongest proponents of electronic prepaid services in India and identifying and recognising that .

 
 
David Rivkind
David Rivkind

David commenced his articles at Papilsky Hurwitz and in 1999 he joined Merrill Lynch International (UK) as a financial controller.  David was employed by Credit Suisse for a brief period before his return to South Africa in 2002.  On his return David became the Financial Director at Integr8IT (Proprietary) Limited prior to his appointment as the Chief Financial Officer for Blue Label Investments where he contributed significantly to the rapid growth of the Blue Label Telecoms Group. David is a member of SAICA.

David was born in  1972 and is a B.Acc (UNISA),  CA (SA)
