Ankur Saxena has been sucessful in transforming the IT and Development function in Oxigen. He has institutionalized internationally accepted best practices to help Oxigen become a tech savvy and systems & process driven organization.He is also mentoring a team of young professionals to take Oxigen Mobile Wallet online into the eCommerce space.
IT and applications are at the core of Oxigen’s business. This environment is becoming increasingly sophisticated and Ankur's assignment is to ensure that Oxigen attains cutting edge capabilities. As Oxigen’s operations become complex with high transaction volumes, he is constantly strengthening and streamlining functions in the four tech verticals:

Ankur Saxena has spent 13 years in the USA where he completed his Bachelor and Masters in Telecom and Computer Sciences.
He started his career at Motorola and then at Lemko Corp, where he spent ten years developing & architecting software for Next Generation Telecom Networks.
Joint Managing Director
Sunil Kulkarni is referred to as the techno-savvy mind behind developing and delivering Oxigen Technology for various services & products including Oxigen Wallet, which is an innovative payment mechanism and prepaid wallet accessible online/on-mobile. He successfully led the company's development & growth from a recharge/billpay company to an integrated Recharge & Money Transfer Payment Solution company. He is now responsible for taking the company to its next greenfield opportunity in Banking , Domestic & International Remittances, Mobile Wallets, Merchant Payments, IMPS and Aadhaar enabled payments, to propel Oxigen into its next growth phase.
Sunil took charge of Oxigen Services (known as India Prepaid Services Pvt Ltd in 2004) as CEO in April 2004, to launch in India, the first e-Distribution Network for mobile recharge coupons’ dispensation over Point of Sale (POS) terminals, PC and SMS.

Prior to joining Oxigen, Sunil served as General Manager-Marketing & Business Development in Motorola India’s Wireless Infrastructure business for 9 years. He looked after Business Development, Business Strategy and Product Marketing functions for GSM & CDMA wireless technologies. He started his professional journey in 1986 with Siemens Ltd., where he last served as the Head of Semi-Conductor Division.
As Sunil’s brief portfolio above suggests, it’s no surprise that he not only holds a Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, from MBM Engineering College, Jodhpur, but is also a Gold medalist.
Group President Corporate Strategy & Retail Business
Rajpal Singh Duggal is responsible for Corporate Strategy and Planning. He has been instrumental in developing an aggressive push for rural markets and developing the financial inclusion strategy. This has given Oxigen an impressive growth in overall business and profitability over the last 5 years.
Rajpal is also credited with successfully leading a multi-departmental team to develop a new low cost GPRS terminal. As on date more than 50,000 of these new terminals have been placed in the market and are operating successfully. As it turns out to be, these terminals are now the backbone of Oxigen’s new business growth strategy for the future.
Rajpal was appointed as the Vice Chairman of Sahyog Foundation, in October 2011, which spearheads Oxigen’s CSR initiatives. He guides and mentors the company's CSR activities. Over the past 3 years Oxigen has made a positive impact on the lives of several thousands of people through interventions in health, education, vocational training and livelihood, in rural locations of India.
With over 40 years of working experience in a diverse industry segments, Rajpal, an MBA from FMS Delhi, started his career as a Management Trainee with the DCM Group where he worked for 10 years. He handled Commercial, Finance and development of MIS.there. He then joined the Raunaq Group (Apollo Tyres) working with a diverse portfolio of functions from Finance, Sales & Marketing. His last position was Vice President Business Development handling identification of new project ideas, foreign collaboration and JV’s and management of the JV’s at operational phase. He had been in the forefront of innovative financial solutions including fund raising from banks and financial institutions.
As an Entrepreneur he established India’s first ever discount format retail store called Discount Circuit, when India did not have any large format retail stores. His large format stores in NCR, 4 of them, had a successful response. This is now being restructured on a web format.
Rajpal is passionate about social causes and is involved in three NGO’s namely Literacy India (www.literacyindia.org), Saksham (www.saksham.org) and Muskaan. He had been an active Rotarian and is involved in conceptualizing and implementing several community service projects.

Meher Sarid brings with her 24 years of rich experience in Management, Brand, Design, Communication and Service Excellence.
Having creatively achieved and mastering the Events and Hospitality space, Meher's creative thirst and a desire to do something new in a potentially dynamic space led her to Oxigen, in 2006. As a Creative Director for Oxigen, she developed the online business with VAS, Digital Marketing Campaigns, SEO, WAP, Web solutions for Oxigen. Her achievements encompass Bugzy Content Business, OxiCash, Oxigen Wallet, Web and retail level market activation for Rural and Urban India. She is responsible for all B2C and B2B service delivery to the end consumer.
Meher has been working to bring about a cultural change in the organization to inculcate a "Customer friendly" attitude. She is the flag bearer for transforming the company's culture to 'Quality' and 'Customer First'. Currently, she heads Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Retail Communications, Human Resources, Talent Development, Training and is the Brand custodian for Oxigen.

1992 to 1998: Based out of Hong Kong, Meher moved on from being a Cabin attendant to a Recruitment & Training Instructor, with Cathay Pacific Airlines. In 1996-1997, she was a part of Cathay Pacific's Brand Team, that implemented the airlines first and only Brand Identity change, globally.
1991 to 1992: Started her career at the ITC Maurya Sheraton Hotel & Towers, New Delhi, working in Banquet sales, PR and Communication. She has done a Post Graduate Specialization in International Hospitality,Event Management & Banquet Décor design at Les Roches, Salzburg, Austria,after to completing a Diploma from Institute of Hotel Management, Catering and Applied Nutrition, New Delhi, which is equivalent to a B.Sc degree, in 1988-1991
Senior Executive Director
Prashant Verma was one of the first few people to join Oxigen in 2004. He was responsible to have built the Oxigen’s Retail footprint by setting up the Oxigen’s Distributor and Retailer network. A thorough Sales person, he appointed a versatile and passionate sales team to manage and lead Oxigen's ever expanding footprint of retailers.
In 2011, he set up the Business Correspondent Kiosk banking touch points (CSP) for Oxigen at retail. In 2013, Prashant was made responsible for the management of end-to-end Customer Service Delivery process for Oxigen. In this portfolio, he has a number of departments reporting in to him like Customer Resolutions, Call center management, KYC processing, Trading Advance for retail networks, Purchases and more. He is tech savvy & has in-depth understanding of our IT & Platform Development and thus he manages interface with our technology provider MPower.
December 2014, Prashant built and launched Oxigen's in house Customer Engagement Center, which provides call centre support for Oxigen's vast pan India Retail and CSP business.
Prashant brings with him over 25 years of hardcore sales and marketing experience. In the past,Prashant has worked with well-known business houses within the country. Prominent amongst them are his stints with Essar Group and Dishnet DSL Limited.
At Essar, he was associated with setting up of the distribution network of Essar Cellphone for their telecom arm in Delhi. At Dishnet DSL, he was instrumental in Launching DSL in Delhi and organizing the internet business of the company into a profitable proposition.
Prashant completed his Diploma in Marketing from William’s Business College, Sydney, Australia in 1992. He is a B.Sc graduate from Jabalpur University.
Executive Director Finance
Sachin Goel joined the Oxigen family as the Finance Controller & Deputy CFO. He is responsible for Revenue Assurance, Cost Control & Payments, Revenue Management & Product Profitability, Treasury, Taxation & Compliances, Company Secretarial, Legal and overall financial statement.
He is pro-active and result oriented with a broad experience in all aspects of accounting and financial management. He has experience in budgeting, financial reporting and analysis, cost reduction, revenue building, inventory valuation, risk management and corporate governance. He sees the big picture and plans appropriate strategies to achieve best results. Competent in identifying & resolving problems to maximize productivity, he has experience of working in International business environments and managing multi-cultural teams.
2007- June 2014: KAEFER Isoliertechnik Gmbh & Co. KG (Germany): as a Group Controller (Asia Pacific including Middle East) within the Controlling department responsible for 17 operative companies with a turnover of approximately 2400 Crores INR. Additionally, during his stint with Kaefer, he underwent one year(2010-2011) KAEFER Group certified Leadership Program, which is conducted in association with one of the world's leading Organization, Development and Training consulting company, Coverdale.
2004- Jan 2007: Price Waterhouse Coopers as Senior Associate in the Audit and Business Advisory Services.
Sachin is a Commerce graduate from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, India (1999 - 2002).He completed his Chartered Accountancy from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (2000- 2003).
Executive Director – Sales (Pan India Operations )
Ashutosh joined Oxigen as an Executive Director for Retail Sales Operations. He is responsible for handling West and South India as a region which includes Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Mumbai, Tamil Nadu & Kerala.
Ashutosh has over 29 years of cross functional Operations experience spanning multiple industries such as Telecom/FMCG, Consumer Durables, Advertising, Market Research etc. He has a proven track record across various domains and has expertise in the fields of Operations management; he has worked closely with Start Ups and is an expert in the establishment of Start Ups; he has rich experience in services related to customer centricity & has contributed towards innovative customer service & satisfaction solutions; he is also experienced in the domain of Strategic Planning & Team Building.
In his long, illustrative career, Ashutosh has worked in top notch Corporates before joining Oxigen. He has held leadership positions in the past and previously worked with companies like Kodak India Ltd., Ceat Ltd., Zip Telecom Ltd. and Reliance Communications Ltd among others.
He pursued his MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Jaipur.
In his spare time, Ashutosh likes to travel, read and indulge in various adventure sports.
Executive Director, Merchant Acquisition, Oxigen Online Services
Sanjay joined the Oxigen family as an Executive Director.
Sanjay Srivastava is taking care of online business for merchants acquisition and hyperlocal retail connect for online business including Smart India Project.
Sanjay is responsible to build a strong retail network of off line stores for Oxigen wallet Acceptance. Additionally, executing O2O initiatives , adding Cash Loading + e-KYC Points to this retail network, as well.
On behalf of Oxigen Wallet, he looks at innovative ways to leverage our traditional retail distribution, for the purpose of wallet usage and loading.
With a 26 years of experience in the gamut of Marketing, Process Planning, Sales & Distribution, Training/Mentoring and Key Account Management, he has been successful in contributing to business strategy, project management & business development with esteemed organizations.
He started his professional journey with TELCO and transitioned into management roles with Nestle, Motorola, Jagatjit Industries, Assam Company Ltd. before taking up challenging roles as a National Sales Head for Zee group/ DishTV /Quickcalls Pvt. Ltd. and Tata Sky.
He has also been on the Faculty board of IILM as a Professor for Marketing & Sales.
In 1982, he graduated in Mechanical Engineering from REC Bhopal.
In 1986,he completed his Masters in Management from IIM Bangalore.
In 1990 he completed his M.Sc in Automation from the prestigious Imperial College, London.
Chief Operating Officer, Oxigen Online Services
Saleem Mobhani joined Oxigen as the Chief Operating Officer – for Oxigen Online Business.He is responsible for all operations and growth in India as well as for setting up the International remittances business from the Gulf region to India.
Saleem has an over 20+ years of experience in Digital Space and has held senior leadership positions (COO, VP, SVP) for last 10 years. He has intimate knowledge of digital and OTT ecosystem across Media, Entertainment, Online and Telecom and has the exposure of many International geographies, like, Middle east, Africa & Asian Markets.
Saleem has had 3 successful entrepreneurship stints and has handled P& L for last 17 years. He has been associated with companies like Saudi Telecom, Du (Emirates Integrated Telecommunications) Bharti Airtel , Hungama Mobile & indiaFM.com before joining Oxigen.
In 1989 – 1993,he graduated from Bombay University, with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computers), First Class with Honors.
Year 2012, he completed his MBA (Marketing) from Manav Bharti University and then went on to the Executive Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business and Customer Experience Design Boot camp at Swisscom.

Subir joined the Oxigen family as a Resident Director and handles complete revenue responsibility for Mumbai, Greater Mumbai, as a region. He is also responsible for developing a smart Retail Engagement Model for Oxigen in Mumbai.
Subir is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience across a diverse range of consumer oriented businesses like Telecom, Retail and Consumer Goods. He headed key functions like Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, Customer lifecycle management and has also held COO& CEO roles; he was instrumental in the creation of a unique institution dedicated to the science of Customer Experience (ICEM) in partnership with the Service Quality Centre of Singapore and IIM Indore.
