To launch 2 new services or products each year
To alliance with at least 100 new distributors for

plans and growth target
To resolve customers complaints within the SLAs agreed
To enhance the productivity of employees by providing on job
training and updating them with enhanced on-the-job skill set
To improve market perceived value through Branding,
media coverage and publicity .
