  • Ensuring the revenue/wallet share of the respective monthly/quarterly & annual targets as agreed upon with the Regional Head.
  • Effectively map and management teams for respective states/regions mapped under his Zone/State.
  • Maintain market intelligence on competitor activity and inform Management about any gaps in our product offering.
  • Being able to manage business relationship with the Distribution network namely the RMUs
  • Ensure adequate funding is available from RMUs to service the Retail network.
  • Ensuring business expansion in underdeveloped/unidentified potential markets.
  • Ensure Retail network get timely Trade balance and servicing as needed.
  • Prospecting business expansion in underdeveloped/unidentified potential markets.
  • Effectively mapping and managing teams for respective states/regions mapped under his Zone/State.
  • Overall management of acquisition of new Retail outlets through Channel partners (Retails Management Unit/Super retail outlet in the assigned territory with emphasis on creating new footprint.
