Oxigen has signed an agreement with Hindustan Times to book Classified Ads for them through Oxigen's Web retailer base .
Oxigen would like to appoint interested Web Retail Outlets as Quick Booking Centres (QBC) for booking of Classified Ads on behalf of HT Classifieds.
Retailers can now book for their Customers all types of Ads which comes in HT Classifieds pages like :
- Matrimony
- Business
- Employment
- Property
- Vehicle
- Education
- Vacancies and many more
To enroll for HT - QBC services:
Existing Oxigen web retailers have to
- Please download & fill the enrollment form click here
- Subscribe HT Enrollment Package from web account
- Email the HT package subscription slip copy and scanned copy of filled HT enrollment form to : qbc@myoxigen.com
SBI CSP and Nokia Mobile Money Agents will get HT services free ,
For subscription of HT services CSP and NMM agents have to

- Please mention your CSP or NMM Code on form
For New Retailer (Non Oxigen) wishing to enroll for HT-QBC service :
You have to first register as Oxigen Retailer:

After Package and Documents are verified and approved by HT /Oxigen:
- The Log in ID and Password details of HT QBC will be sent to the Retailer's Registered email ID.
- Now to log on http://htoxi.4cplus.net
- Please use this HT QBC Retailer Log in ID and Password for making classified bookings
