Sunil is the Group President for Oxigen Group.

Sunil is referred to as the techno-savvy mind behind structuring the Development of the Technology for India?s First PrePaid Mobile wallet ? Oxicash. A wallet that is accessible through all mediums i.e. PC or Mobile and Allows consumers to make payments towards a host of services.

He also found a conventional method of extending the use of this wallet for Contests as Rewards (that Large companies like Coca Cola, India And HUL used) and has successfully Simplified the User Experience of this wallet & making its Access sms based.

Sunil took charge of Oxigen Services as CEO in April 2004 , to launch in India , the first ever Distribution Network for cellular mobile Prepaid Voucher dispensation electronically over Point of Sale (PoS) terminals, PC & SMS.

Sunil served as General Manager-Marketing & Business Development in Motorola India’s Wireless Infrastructure business .He looked after Business Development, Business Strategy and Product Marketing functions for GSM & CDMA wireless technologies.

He joined Motorola in 1995 as Business Development Manager, when the first cellular licenses were awarded in 4 Indian metros. He then held different business functions like Product Management & Business Operations.

Sunil worked for Siemens Ltd., As the Head of the Semi-Conductor Division.

As Sunils brief portfolio above suggests, its no surprise that he not only holds a Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, from MBM engineering College , Jodhpur, but is also a Gold medalist..

Having Creatively achieved and mastering the Events and Hospitality space- Meher?s creative thirst and a desire to do something new in a potentially dynamic space of VAS, led her to Oxigen. She joined the company in May 2006, and is currently heading the OxiCash Business for Oxigen Group. She heads Brand & Marketing , Communications, for the Oxigen Group of Companies.

1991 to 1992: Started her career at the ITC Welcomgroup Maurya Sheraton Hotel, New Delhi , as the Banquet Manager and was part of the PR and Communication team.

1993 to 1997: Based in Hong Kong with Cathay Pacific Airlines, in the capacity of a Recruitment and Training Instructor .She handled Appraisals and Recruited crew from 6 Countries .Later in 1996 , She was an integral part of Cathay Pacific?s Brand Team , and was involved in the BRAND change-over from Cathay Stripes to The Cathay Wings of Flight Fantasy - Brand Change.

1997 to 2006: She is a Successful and well known Entrepreneur , running her own established vertical companies , excelling in Interior Design , Events, Entertainment and Wedding Management , under the labels Dream Weavers, Sound Of Music & Wedding Art. She Handled Corporate Events , Conceptualized and Managed Brand Communications and Promotions for many large Companies in India as well as for MNCs who were establishing their business in the country.She has worked internationally and nationally, and was known for being the first organized face of the Wedding Industry for end to end Wedding Event Solutions . She also set up and was running 3 restaurants of her own in Delhi and Mumbai .

Meher is a B.Sc Degree holder, and a National Topper from the  Institute of Hotel Management ,Catering and Applied Nutrition.

Rajpal Singh Duggal is the Group Advisor with Oxigen

Rajpal Singh Duggal , has 29 years of working experience in a diverse industry segment. An MBA from FMS Delhi from among the first batches he started his career as a Management Trainee with the DCM Group where he remained for 10 years handling Commercial, Finance and development of MIS. Thereafter he joined the Raunaq Group where he handled a diverse portfolio of functions from Finance, Sales & Marketing and in his last position as Vice President Business Development. Handled identification of new project ideas, foreign collaboration and tie up of JV partners, Government approvals and then implementation. Key points were handling Commercial & Business SBU’s including trading. He has been in the forefront of innovative financial solutions including fund raising from banks and financial institutions. Left in 2001 to establish India’s first ever Discount format retail store called Discount Circuit. Established 4large format stores in NCR and had a very successful response. Now being restructured on a web format.

Rajpal also is passionate about social causes and is involved in three NGO’s namely Literacy India www.literacyindia.org , Saksham www.saksham.org and Abilities Unlimited www.abilitiesunlimited.com. He is also an active Rotarian and involved in conceptualizing and implementing several community service projects.

Though a Group Advisor, his brief is “Give only that Advice, that you can implement”

He has total experience of over 28 years (24 Years Post Qualification) including last 20 years of administrating the operations and managing the businesses.

Manish is a Senior Vice President & Head of Business Operations in the North & East of India for Oxigen Sales..

He is  management professional with 19 years of experience in the field of Broadcasting, Cable and Satellite, DTH, Broadband and consumer durables.

Manish has worked with companies like Zee, PCC, Euro-Star, etc. and has handled a wide portfolio of sales, marketing, business development and operations management functions.

Manish was also one of the core members of the project team responsible for the launch of Zee DTH project – DishTV.

Prashant Verma is a Senior Vice President & Head of Business Operations in the West & South of India for Oxigen Sales.

Prashant brings with him over 20 years of hardcore sales and marketing experience. He has been working with well known business houses within the country ? prominent among them are his stints with Essar Group and Dishnet DSL Limited. At Essar, he was associated with setting up of the distribution network of Essar Cellphone, their telecom arm in Delhi. At Dishnet DSL, he was instrumental in Launching DSL in Delhi and organizing the internet business of the company into a profitable proposition.
