Sunil is referred to as the techno-savvy mind behind designing the Oxigen Technology for dispensation of various service & products to the Retail in India. He is designated Deputy Managing Director, in October 2011, to support the Chairman of Oxigen in overall conduct of Oxigen business.
Sunil has successfully led the company's development & growth and would now be focused on Oxigen's biggest opportunity covering Banking , Remittances, Mobile wallets, Merchant payments, IMPS, to propel Oxigen into its next growth phase. He will also be responsible for effective strategy on Risk mitigation and Fraud prevention.

April 2004-2008
Sunil took charge of Oxigen Services as CEO in April 2004 , to launch in India , the first ever Distribution Network for cellular mobile Prepaid Voucher dispensation electronically over Point of Sale (PoS) terminals, PC & SMS.

April 2008-11 - He was then designated  the Group President for Oxigen.
During this period ,he was responsible for the Technical Development for India’s First PrePaid Mobile wallet "OxiCash". A wallet that is accessible through all mediums i.e. PC or Mobile and Allows consumers to make payments towards a host of services. This wallet  today can provide the base to be  leveraged and has the potential to used by Banks and Telco's alike.
He also found a conventional method of monetization by extending the use of this wallet for Contests as Rewards (that Large companies like Coca Cola, India and HUL has used) and has successfully Simplified the User Experience of this wallet & making its Access sms based.

1995-2004,
Sunil served as General Manager-Marketing & Business Development in Motorola India’s Wireless Infrastructure business. He looked after Business Development, Business Strategy and Product Marketing functions for GSM & CDMA wireless technologies.

He joined Motorola in 1995 as Business Development Manager, when the first cellular licenses were awarded in 4 Indian metros. He then held different business functions like Product Management & Business Operations.

1986-1995,
Sunil worked for Siemens Ltd., As the Head of the Semi-Conductor Division. As Sunils brief portfolio above suggests, its no surprise that he not only holds a Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, from MBM engineering College , Jodhpur, but is also a Gold medalist.

Meher Sarid joined the company in May 2006, and was heading the Bugzy Content business followed by the OxiCash web business & VAS, Brand, Marketing and Communications till 2010.
In 2010 she also developed a team to manage Training to enhance product knowledge and to create a powerful connect within and outside the organization for internal and external customers of Oxigen.

Currently she would also focus on Quality & Service Excellence, and Corporate Affairs, for the Oxigen Group of Companies.
Meher has been working to bring about a cultural change in the organization to inculcate a "Customer friendly" attitude. She will champion and be the flag bearer for transforming the company's culture to 'Quality' and 'Customer First'.
She will institutionalize the changes and aim at ISO certification and Six Sigma for service delivery.

1991 to 1992:
Started her career at the ITC Welcomgroup's Maurya Sheraton Hotel & Towers, New Delhi, as the Banquet Manager and was part of the PR and Communication team.

1992 to 1997:
Was a Recruitment and Training Instructor, Cathay Pacific Airlines, Based in Hong Kong. She handled Appraisals and Recruited & Trained crew from 6 Countries. Later in 1996, She was an integral part of Cathay Pacific’s Brand Team, and was involved in the BRAND change-over from Cathay Stripes to The Cathay Wings- Flights of Fantasy - Brand Change

1998 to 2006:
She established herself as a successful and well known Entrepreneur, running her own established vertical companies, excelling in Interior Design, Events, Entertainment and Wedding Management, under the labels Dream Weavers, Sound Of Music & Wedding Art. She Handled Corporate Events, Conceptualized and Managed Brand Communications and Promotions for many large Companies in India as well as for MNCs who were establishing their business in the country. She has worked internationally and nationally, and was known for being the first organized face of the Wedding Industry for end to end Wedding Event Solutions . She also set up and was running 3 restaurants of her own in Delhi and Mumbai.

She was awarded the Pride Of India Gold medal, by the President Of Mauritius & Mrs. Sheila Dixit, for her contributions to the Wedding Industry in India and Abroad. The felicitation was done on the Bhartiya Pravasi Divas, 10th of Dec, 2009.

Meher is a BSc Degree holder, and a National Gold Medalist from the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering and Applied Nutrition, New Delhi.

Ankur Saxena will aim at transforming the IT and Development function in Oxigen. He will institutionalize internationally accepted best practices, to help Oxigen become a tech savvy, systems and process driven organization.

IT and applications are at the core of all Oxigen business. As our operations become more complex with very high transactions Volumes, he will strengthen and stream line this function. The function will comprise of four verticals. (A) The operational core, Back End & Web Developments. (B)Embedded devices(POS) and applications. (C) Networks / Systems Management and Web coding. (D) ERP, Process mapping, compliance and automation. . He will provide his expertise to lead the changes in technology development and IT functions.

IT systems and networking environment is becoming increasingly sophisticated and Ankur's assignment is  to ensure Oxigen attains  cutting edge capabilities.

Ankur Saxena has spent 13 years in the USA where he studied for his bachelor and masters in telecom and computer sciences and worked for Motorola and Lemco Corp. for 10 years in software development and architecting of Next Generation telecom networks.

Rajpal Singh Duggal is focused on building a healthy Oxigen Future by implementation of key business initiatives. He is responsible for  Business Strategy and Corporate planning . He has single handedly turned Oxigen's retail business by strategy to give Oxigen its biggest ever growth in the past 2 years. Besides this he will also be overseeing the expansion of the retail market growth.

Rajpal has also been appointed as the Vice Chairman of Sahyog Micro Finance, in October 2011 and is the guide and mentor for the company's CSR activities.

Rajpal Singh Duggal , has over 35 years of working experience in a diverse industry segment.

An MBA from FMS Delhi from among the first batches he started his career as a Management Trainee with the DCM Group where he remained for 10 years handling Commercial, Finance and development of MIS.

Thereafter he joined the Raunaq Group with a diverse portfolio of functions from Finance, Sales & Marketing and in his last position as Vice President Business Development.
His core was identification of new project ideas, foreign collaboration and tie up of JV partners, Government approvals handling Commercial & Business SBU’s including trading and then implementation. He had been in the forefront of innovative financial solutions including fund raising from banks and financial institutions. He left in 2001.

He proceeded to establish India’s first ever Discount format retail store called Discount Circuit. Established 4 large format stores in NCR and had a very successful response, which is now being restructured on a web format.

Rajpal also is passionate about social causes and is involved in three NGO’s namely Literacy India www.literacyindia.org , Saksham www.saksham.org and Abilities Unlimited www.abilitiesunlimited.com. He is also an active Rotarian and involved in conceptualizing and implementing several community service projects.

He has built the Oxigen Retail footprint for traditional retail by setting up the Distributor/Retailer network, and appointing a sales team to manage this expanding network since Oxigen's early years.

Prashant brings with him over 25 years of hardcore sales and marketing experience. He has been working with well known business houses within the country prominent among them are his stints with Essar Group and Dishnet DSL Limited. At Essar, he was associated with setting up of the distribution network of Essar Cellphone, their telecom arm in Delhi.

At Dishnet DSL, he was instrumental in Launching DSL in Delhi and organizing the internet business of the company into a profitable proposition.

Samar joined the Oxigen team in October 2010 to lead Oxigen's Rural Banking & Mobile Money initiative and has rolled out SBI Kiosk Banking, Nokia Money & Yes Bank Money projects for Oxigen.

Samar has 11 years of global experience in the fields of technology and consumer finance.
After graduating with a degree in Electrical Engineering from The Georgia Institute of Technology in the US, he joined Genuity Inc., an Internet Services company architecting converged pipe solutions which bundled voice, data and video over the same connection.

Realizing the need for formal qualification in business and financial practices, he decided to pursue an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

In 2005, Samar joined GE Capital – Consumer Finance as part of their Risk Management Leadership Program and held 4 distinct positions within a period of 2 years to give him a broad exposure to various consumer financial products such as credit cards, auto, personal loan and mortgage.

K.N.Kapoor has 35 years of rich experience of working in best Managed companies in the country.

Has handled all Gamut of HR functions, from executing policies; giving feedback for policy formulation to framing of policies & handled responsibilities at all levels i.e. from Unit level to, heading the HR function in the company at the Corporate level .Has hands on experience of restructuring, initiating cultural change using HR Process tools, conducting Management development programs, Performance Management, Career progression, Working as a business Manager blending HR role.

After doing, Physics (HONS) & Post graduation; specializing in (Personnel Management in Industrial Relations) from Delhi University, started his career from METAL BOX COMPANY Of INDIA LTD.

Moved from manufacturing to Financial Institution, i.e. BANK OF BARAODA, as Personal Manager.
 
Handled Regional H.R responsibilities in highly diversified group, LARSEN & TUBRO,
Moved to Petroleum industry i.e.  BHARAT PETROLEUM, in its corporate office as Senior HR Manager.

In CROMPTON GREAVES worked as TQM co-coordinator & Regional HR Head.

Was corporate head of HR in a Trans National Company INDO RAMA.

Worked in Multinational Company GROUP 4 as HR Head.

Worked as CEO of  CREATIVE SOLUTION. 

In September 2010 joined OXIGEN GROUP as Group HR Advisor
